Mr. W.M Chandrasena Banda.

I was born in marassana, a beautiful, rural area in Kandy district. My first school was Bolape K.V. near my home village. After I passed grade five scholarship examination and I was admitted to St. Sylvester’s college Kandy. In 1984 I was admitted gverment service as a maths teacher, in keleamunukole K.V near Eppawala in Anuradhapura district.
In 1987 I enrolled as a external student at peradeniya university for B.SC degree with applied maths, pure maths and statics.
In 1992 my appointment changed graduate maths teacher.
In1999 I was transered to N/Diyathilaka central college in NuwaraEliya District.
In 2000 we started A/L science stream in this school and I am the first combined maths teacher of thin school.
In 2003 A/L , out of 7 students 2 students passed and were elected to the engineering faculty.
Meanwhile I passed SLPS entering exam and got SLPS 2I from 2002.
After that I got a transer to K/Ranabima Royal College as a deputy principal and also as a combined maths teacher.
I got 2 opportunities to work as an acting principal in 2006 and 2010
